Alexia is a professional Egyptian Middle Eastern (Belly) Dancer, teacher, choreographer, event sponsor, troupe director of the Alexandria Dancers and producer of an annual show "Egyptian Nights". Her aim is to bring cultural awareness of Oriental Dance also known as Middle Eastern Dance to Knoxville and Maryville, TN by producing and directing a Theatrical Bellydance Show. She also teaches classes and workshops and has sponsored the best teachers in Classical Egyptian and Folklore Dance so that her students and other community dancers can get the best training.
