FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How far in advance should I need to book a dancer? Sooner is always better than later - two weeks in advance will increase your chances of getting the performance you want at the time you request.

Is a deposit required?
For hourly bookings and multiple dancer contracts a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the performance. The remainder of the performance fee is due before the performance either by mail on upon arrival at the event.

How is the music handled? The belly dancer provides a music CD tailored to your event and the venue should provide the sound system (louder is better).

Is it appropriate for children? Yes, the belly dance show is family friendly.

Is tipping appropriate?
Yes, unless the host has requested otherwise, the dancer will gladly accept tips. Tips may be handed to the dancer, or thrown above her head which is the custom in the Middle East.
